How much time will it take to get Visa after job inquiry?????
or how can i get abt job investigation's result if not satisfactory ...

No-one can tell you that kind of info. If the result isn't satisfactory DIAC will contact you and tell you.

if they decide to contact your employers, it ranges from phone calls to in-person visit(s) to your referrees, management, HR - basically anything that DIAC would deem sufficient to establish you were truthful on your application. This is done randomly, however high(er) risk applicants get to see more of those.

A friend of mine in Russia was visited (surprise!) in his office by someone from oz immig and spoke to his referrees. He then had a favourable application result after a month.

What difference will it make? As long as they confirm that you work there, and what job you do, you don't need to be physically there.
