im not worrying about the bills, just want to know what the bills will be and what to expect, so we are prepared. If you have got a contract in which EVERYTHING is included, then good for you...

ive put 2000 per month towards a car - and as per advice i would be Leasing initially.

ive gone through everything about 10 times, asked 4 people I know who have lived there...

there is also agency fees 5% as well as building cost as mentioned above 5%

But firstly I would ask you what field you are going in and what you do?
