I'm incredulous at the whole process. No sense from the immi authorities that there is any desire to get skilled migrants into the country. Customer service poor. It's the delays that get my goat....

Seems odd to me that SA cant co-ordinate re-commencement of SS apps' with DIAC visa apps' coming back online. It the whole not knowing that does my head in. I 'd expect more in the way of customer...

Thanks folks that extremely useful. I think i'll wait for the SS decision before lodging the 176 app'. I couldn't stomach losing the £1500 for the 175 if things went belly up....that would be too...
