Do you mean it has to be recorded as paid on the invoice date? No payable account involved? Could you please explain what accounts involved and the way of recording a payable.Thanks.

Luckily found a place to get training. I have learnt the MYOB trial version alone at home but when it comes to the practical side I'm having few issues as to how to enter these in to MYOB....

Yep I'm from Sri Lanka too. I even considered doing a CPA subject but cant spend more months on that ( what if i still fail to find 1 even after doing CPA). All I want is to get my cima membership...

Since you need to start doing a job as soon as possible it's more advzable to follow a MYOB short course which goes only for about 20 hours. I think it's more than enough since you already have...
