Chose the area because its coastal, fairly industrial and a lot cheaper then Sydney!!

We used 4-corners (www.4-corners.com) they have been brilliant, esp. as our case was a little complicated.

Its was expensive but worth if for peace of mind (£2K), they also do no visa no fee.
