Re: Charlotte AOS Interview - SUCCESS!

I can only second that!
We had our interview last week Friday (02/04/05). It was a very pleasant experience. Efficient, with a very friendly and competent lady. Our appointment was at 10:30, we...

Re: Expecting both baby and interview in July!

Congrats on your baby to come!!

Actually, we are in a similar scenario. I'm due end of March and I had applied for AOS back in Dec '03 and was told later on when I got the interim work permit that...

Re: EAD timelines....

OK, I gotcha. I think I would be utterly fuming, too, if my interim EAD would run out and I don't have the one-year EAD yet. That leads me to a different thought. The lady at the reception counter in...

Re: EAD timelines....

My application ended up in Missouri, too. My NOA for the EAD is from the end of December, my number is MSC04084XXXXX. So obviously they have approved EADs way after us already, and we are still...

Re: SSN without EAD?

Dear Bequibar,
my experience is - I live in North Carolina - that they have NOT given me a SSN. I came here with K-1 and got married all right, but they just looked into my passport and then they...
