Charlotte AOS Interview - SUCCESS!
David and I would like to thank everyone for their advice. We had our AOS interview today in Charlotte. The appointment was at 12:45 and they called us back at 12:30. Didn't need to show much documentation....just tax returns, our son's birth certificate, our pay stubs and letters of employment. Thirty minutes later, David walked out with a stamp in his passport and his green card ordered! The Charlotte office is very efficient and extremely nice. Good luck to evreyone else waiting!

Congratulations David and Laura.
Please file that report with the www.kamya site listed after my name. It would be welcomed addition for the NC crowd.

We had our interview last week Friday (02/04/05). It was a very pleasant experience. Efficient, with a very friendly and competent lady. Our appointment was at 10:30, we arrived at the premises with the invitation letter in hand, went to the waiting room and got called at 10:31 or so. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. Approval, stamp in passport.
Today (02/10/05), which is less than a week later, the cream colored "green card" was in the mail.....
