I advise MODL applicants to hope for the best but be prepared for the worst. There are chances that most of the occupations which could not make it to the CSL will fail to make it to the new MODL.

It seems NT does not respond to emails.l suggest you make a call, those at the reception area can be very helpful. Getting through to your Project Officer in most cases is not easy.
