All going well i will arrive in Riyadh on the 28th, flights booked by employer and now waiting on my passport/visa being returned to me

Yeah this certainly does not sound right:confused:

In the contract it does state " You will receive a Car Allowance of SAR 18,500 per month or a car will be provided"

Must be a typo, will need...

I have been offered the option of having a hire car provided by the company i am working for or a allowance of 18,500 per month, I do not know the in's and out's of the law regarding insurance etc. ...

It really winds me up how the media like to blow things like this way out of proportion. Sure people have sadly died from this but in countries like the UK etc....
