Were building in Raumati Beach, so its a beach/country outlook. I like the paler looking bricks, maybe a mediterranean feel, but i like the look of the weatherboard finish as well.

Why no to brick then for some of you? Is it the earthquake factor?
Isnt brick warmer than weatherboard? Does weather board still have the leaky building syndrome factor?

Have just spoken to the Nationwide, they have said 3 months ago they stopped doing mortgages and are just concentrating on the ones people already have with them.

Were with Westpac and their the worst out of all of them all. They made some weird excuses like UK pension would be a problem coz we wouldn't get it here in time ?????? plus other stupid...

We liked Inglewood but it was just to far out of NP for us.
