Without trying to be controversial, they have and do refuse a spouse. It can be devastating, stressful and an expensive time.

When it is stated a "waiver" is available, dont be mislead, it may be...

I believe there is a limit of 2 spouse visa's and they have to be 5 years apart. If this isnt the real thing you may find yourself in the position of falling in love totally and not being able to...

Have you thought of returning to your family name? I did and although a lot of places told me I could not as I wasnt divorced they were wrong. It is your name after all, you have a birth certificate....

ymmv but the 888's take so long to get, I cant imagine they will be a problem. We applied for our pcc at the same time we sent the application, so far that hasnt caused a problem.

I too can understand, I have been in the USA 5 years and missed 3 unexpected grandchildren, 2 of whom I have yet to meet.

some come off if sprayed with a fine mist of water then a sheet of plastic cooking film smoothed down over it for about 5 - 10 minutes.

Lift a corner and see if it will peel back, it works on...
