She is not an Australian citizen but permanent resident. Centrelink website clearly states that holders of permanent visa are eligible for baby bonus, if I m not mistaken. :)

I’m on 176 PR Visa, landed here last July with my wife. After sometime wife went back untilI get settled & also she was pregnant.

By the end of September I found a job & it’s going well.

As noted above it seems that subclass 679 is not what I ve to consider but a tourist visa.

If he has no power in decision making to hire why doesn't he leave it to company? .

Concern is advertisement said 'immediate'.client is private entity.

Imagine where both referees gave polsitives for their concerns, what is your guess of my chances of success?

Interview was for a particular job, & was with the agency.

Agency told me that client has been a long standing friend.

Client was disclosed....
