my insure and go policy cost £135 and i think that was their 'gold package' which covers against everything for millions. It did the trick for me with Canada and Australian Visa's so should be OK...

sorry if this is stupid advice but have you tried changing the aspect ratio? Your TV might be set at 16:9 widescreen or 4:3 fullscreen. Play around with the settings and you may get it all on...
