1.76 GBP
You can ship these from Amazon via the UK. (Get a relative to send them). You will need one. My TV takes ntsc input via the scart. Clever! Mines a philips.
We have one of these adaptors which goes into the TV. You then use the Red white yellow cable to connect up whatever.
I have just bought a red/white/yellow multiple connection switch box (can't google an image of it sorry) so I know can run ps2 and the wii through the single connection. I bought this at the Midland avenue Walmart. (I can send you a picture of you like!)
Linden audiotronics are very good on highway 2 in Kingston - they supplied the convertors. Feel free to pm me and I will try and help.

I would suggest a step down converter to step down voltage and also a plug adapter. You can get the converter and plug adapter to suit a variety of appliances with different wattages at LiteFuzeVoltageConverters.com

well, I don’t know any place in Ontario. Why don’t you get it online? It’s cheap and you'll get it at your doorstep. Try LiteFuzeVoltageConverters.com

Dont mean to 'jack' the thread but.....
I have a Stereo here in the UK that i love and it cost me a fair old packet and i want to take it to Canada with me. I assumed that as it is 240v here in the Uk and 110v over in Canada the it would be fine, is that the case? Do i need some sort of converter?
thanks,
Duncan

We took everything with us and I am glad I did. I found good electrical stuff expensive in BC. Every thing worked just fine not problems all. TVs the lot.
