Thanks for the advice.. i'm going to get the certification process started and go through CARICOM to see if that process will be any faster.. i guess whichever one comes through first i'll go with.....

Johnslice i recently made the decision to accept an offer in Barbados, i did visit the island first before i made my mind up, and just like you i'm a single 28 year old female, the locals seemed nice...

How are the leasing rates there ? I guess it would be better to just pay cash up front with a private seller.. But my worries on that is someone selling me a lemon.. Do they do the same 30 day return...
