In our experience, we just handed over what we were able to collect from the previous employers. The requirements for documents seem very demanding, in fact if your documents do not satisfy the visa...

Sorry for misunderstanding.

I would suggest you first lodge your application using the current passport, you can submit your new passport later on as soon as you get it.
