tertiary means after high secondary schools...your bachelors, masters degree, any diplomas/courses...

ok so any interview if conducted will be after submitting the migration application? Also what if an applicant is on short leave from job and gets a call from DIMA on office no?

Go through all the documentation on the website and do it yourself. It could be a good idea to show your prepared docs to any consultant before u submit. they will criticize ur work but don't...
