That's what i'm going to try and work out this weekend. I haven't read up on skilled migration for over a year as I withdrew my 176 for a spouse one.

Thanks, appreciate all your advice. Was really only try to find out about the funds credit and it's turned into more!!

Thanks, I have spoken to agents with regards to ENS and they said it isn't feasible.

If you have any recommendations of agents in Sydney that do specialise in ENS I...

Hi,

Thanks for the message.

ENS isn't an option, have already spoken to muliple people and because of my companies set-up it isn't feasible, if it was that would have been my first preference....

Probably not a quicker route for me as my skill is Program & Project Administrator!!! Once I lodge my Temp spouse I will get a bridging visa, which suits me as we don't want to move back to the UK...

I should have worded that better, I want to transfer the $ credit from the 176 application to a subclass 820 application.

I've read about the subclass 300, didn't think I would need to go down...
