well it is up to you, you should go for it again, you need a min of 7 points, even though you have your 120 points, the IELTS will help you gain work.

How did you get on? My wife and I are in the same boat, we are going on a 457 visa with my wife's company and I suffer from crohn's I have not had any issues in the last 5 years...
