from what i understand from reading up from the forums and my agent, it seems that processing had been definitely slowed down till further notice.

So they are clearing the last year's 176 backlog? they did say that they need to finish 175 first then proceed to clear 176 right? please correct me if i am wrong.

It seems to me for June 08, non MODL, online applications, the time frame to get a CO is 6-7 months.

I don't think I had gotten a CO, my agent just emailed me for more information yesterday but he didn't give me a definite answer, stating that the waiting could be 15mths from...

I think I am in the same situation here. Family sponsored, low risk country, non MODL and non CSL. I applied in 3rd June 2008, was informed that it could be 15 month waiting time.
