In English law, after the age of 16 children are no longer considered dependents, ie in my situation and that of tmb we would not have to get the ok from the other...

No words of wisdom, just empathy - we are in the same boat but have been told that the new LMO will take an average of 74 days.

We just hope & pray that the new LMO is POSITIVE...
