The big plus is that weekends are far more productive, it's a great feeling waking up on Friday/Saturday without a hangover, go to gym then use the rest of the day up without spewing/sleeping. |

HOWEVER!!! I too have stopped drinking, for at least a month, if not longer, I haven't put a time limit on it so that I don't feel any pressure, I did the same when I stopped smoking and am now 4 years smoke free :-D I have decided to do other things this year, I am taking skiing lessons soon, I am going bowling, for the very first time ever this week :-) I have a total fear of water, but I am considering taking a trail scuba lesson to try and overcome that, then I hope to start sailing lessons.. still not sure about this though:eek: I am getting more involved with my charity work http://www.justgiving.com/nepalchildfreedom and I plan to volunteer to help the disabled riding thing they have here. Anyway, wish me luck, if I can do half of these things I will do well :D:D |
