I also don't understand why or how women can turn up with a full face of makeup on and leave the class looking exactly the same! Must just be me who walks in n sweats without even lifting a weight 😳

See i only do classes but still the "serious" people with their gloves and shouting are just annoying, might as well shout look at me !

Group classes are actually alright - but you have to pick them carefully. It takes confidence to go in, but they are actually really good and you learn a lot. Bodypump is pretty good if you are new as you learn a lot of things.
I love my TUFF sessions on a Sunday - very hard work but enough camel toes on show to motivate you though the lunges.
