We have civil ceremonies.... not all marriages are held in a religious manner...

I can't see that this is rational .. cause the outcome of this kind of unrational marrige will never be a child ... (adopting is something else)

they don't believe in religions .. and marrige was always a spiritual religous thing.. regardless of how or where it is done ...regardless of the arrangments and details .. but marrige has always been a spiritual religous thing.

In many European countries religious ceremonies also have to be backed up by civil services.
