male to male marrige or female ot female marrige can never succeed to bring out a child.
Its already been done, BM...

And its proven that divorces between homosexual couples are rare, whereas the numbers for hetero's are off the charts.....

Case number 1

lets say that a man and a woman are in a relation (love or what ever but not marrige)

question 1 .. if they have sex is it illegal by the law in europ?

question 2 .. if it is legal govern by the freedom can they have kids this way with out marrige?

What are you talking about?
Not everyone is a holy roller.People get married for one reason and one reason only.Not because they love God,because they love each other and want to spend their lives together.
People have children all the time.It has nothing to do with marriage.

there are no restrictions on this except if that person is a close family relative.

however it can be legal grounds for a divorce.

today i feel good about this discussion because so far.. it is based on respect and being honest and trying to understand each other.

I would suggest that married Europeans are more likely to be more faithfull to their partners than couples from many other areas of the world because their marriages are founded on love, not on politically/financially motivated family arrangements.

when you make the commitment of marriage it is because you have made the decision that the person is the only one you want.There shouldnt be the need to want to sleep with someone else.
