And its proven that divorces between homosexual couples are rare, whereas the numbers for hetero's are off the charts.....

lets say that a man and a woman are in a relation (love or what ever but not marrige)
question 1 .. if they have sex is it illegal by the law in europ?
question 2 .. if it is legal govern by the freedom can they have kids this way with out marrige?

Not everyone is a holy roller.People get married for one reason and one reason only.Not because they love God,because they love each other and want to spend their lives together.
People have children all the time.It has nothing to do with marriage.

I would suggest that married Europeans are more likely to be more faithfull to their partners than couples from many other areas of the world because their marriages are founded on love, not on politically/financially motivated family arrangements.
