No, no: it's whether a Jaffa cake is a cake or a biscuit. That one went to court.

I can't remember the last time I came across a toilet outside of the UK or Japan where the loo roll holder is actually in an ergonomic position. I invariably take the roll of its holder and place it between my feet.

And does any, seriously, care about front or back?

In the United Kingdom, value added tax is payable on chocolate-covered biscuits, but not on chocolate-covered cakes.[12] McVities defended its classification of Jaffa Cakes as cakes at a VAT tribunal in 1991, against the ruling that Jaffa Cakes were biscuits due to their size and shape, and the fact that they were often eaten in place of biscuits.[13] McVitie's insisted that the product was a cake, and according to rumour produced a giant Jaffa Cake in court to illustrate its point.[13] After assessing the product on eleven criteria, including "texture", "attractiveness to children" and "consistency when stale",[14] the court found favour of McVitie's, meaning that VAT is not paid on Jaffa Cakes in the United Kingdom.[12][15]

Ethos83 is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Re: BBC Article on Dubai

I have a basket placed next to the loo, filled with loo paper mixed with various humour books and one of the Telegraph's obituary books.

Everything one needs.

Oh yes, and how to eat them.
Unwrap and scrunch foil into a tiny ball
Then bite off the chocolate coating.Next lick the mallow inside. Finally eat the biscuit base.

In Huddersfield a teacake is just a bap. Confused the hell out of my mate when he went to buy a roast beef sandwich and they asked him if he wanted sliced bread or a teacake.

I mean after I've lifted it to pee, I put both back down.
