Then you can go to your BBC and ITV players and open them, they will think you are in the UK and Bob's your uncle!!!;)

It does have annoying pop ups but I just ignore them and think it is worth the annoyance for a fanastic free service.

By George I think I've got it! Thanks

Ok Beedubya you twisted my arm ;)

Hubby to be & I met right after we started school way back in 1963. We went through school for the next three years in the same class until I came to Canada in 1966. We didn't really hang around together much but I guess we must have always been aware of one another because out of the three or four in that first infants class that I can remember, he stands out. I never saw him again after I came to Canada. Then about 6 years ago I signed up for this site called "Friends Reunited" based in the UK. I never bothered with it much for the longest time but then one day, there was a familiar name on my old school group. We exchanged messages for the longest time and discovered we had a common love of music and eventually realized we shared a lot of common values etc. We were friends for the longest time & gradually fell for one another. We met face to face again for the first time in 44 years last October and it was like we'd never been apart. He's my best friend and the love of my life and March 31 can't come quick enough!

So there you have it folks, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Blackcatsfan Yes, I know Hebburn, just a couple of stops up the metro line, I've got a cousin there :)

Charleygirl Hi there and thanks for the welcome, hope you liked my story :)

Oh I love your story.... wow, thats amazing....and you said you will live in Kent, lovely places down on the coast there.

Okay, okay I am 59.

Dunrovin, I was wondering ig you could give me some insite to museums and interesting places to visit in Glasgow and how to get to them from Central Station.

Don, what I wouldn't do for a massage. I had some really bad news yesterday, husband was laid off his job.:( Not sure what to do now. Seems like everytime we see a light at the end of the tunnel it turns out to be a train.

I know that husband is getting very discouraged as am I and I wonder if I did the right thing by moving back, but I also know that staying would have been soul destroying for me. Oh well, hopefully the person upstairs has a better plan than ours is. Work is extremely busy and the commute is very tiring, nothing on the car front yet.

Peigi - I am so sorry to hear that. Is there nothing you can set up for him where you are? That would be absolutely brilliant. Shame - Tim has magical fingers- really - she has Three degree certificates, and I went and volunteered, for the Class!- It was good fun, 'cos I then treated four of them to food at lunch time.
-Then I sang to them, each - ''if you were the only girl in the world''- Tim would be only too pleased, to have you, and it would be very relaxing for you. ELEVEN more sleeps, Did you see? Christine my daughter, and her best friend Sheila, have fitted us out with Furnishings! fantastic.- In 5 days, this PC gets collected, but a few more ackers in the kitty! I have my Fingers crossed for you. love dontheturner

ED Peigi I am so sorry to hear this about husband getting laid off....I am praying that a way out of your dilemmas appears, so you can sell house this spring and hubby can join you....or perhaps, if he is not working there anyway, reconsider the option of renting it out--i seem to remember your saying you have been burnt before when renting property out, but if there is a good manager to keep an eye, maybe it could work.....

sorry, not my business, just thinking aloud really--you know how much we on the thread have come to care about you.... and just wish, speaking for myself anyway, I could wave a magic wand and make it all come right!

Tina
