He took a 31 day free trial of Agent 4.1, when the 31 days is up it's either
buy it or go back to whatever he was using before.

I pay around £100 a year for upgrades on notation software, but it's
worth it. It saves thousands of pounds each year for people like me.

Do they? It's common for US ISP's to offer news access. My ISP's news
access is very good- but I use individual.net as it's portable.

for you.

My Mac can run Vista. What would I want it do for me that I can't
already do?
