The main advantage of pork in France is that it is much cheaper than lamb
But wife does marinate chops in olive oil with garlic, which gives the stuff
some character.

French lamb is great. We got New Zealand lamb in the US, which we found too
fatty (what is called "lamb" is often young mutton elsewhere).
France's best is pré-salé, lambs whose mothers munch on salt marshes of
Normandy.

No, it isn't. Last year my friend's daughter was pregnant and decided to call a boy "Neo".
(Thank heavens she had a girl...) But I asked, and she told me that now you can give kids
