If there is an argument circulating which is helping to strongly
promote your employment and your status, would you look to disagree
with it? What if a large portion of you funding depended on adherance
to this belief? Can you expect journalists to question scientific
'facts' when such is considered to be politically acceptable?
Global Warming has become political, and the conclusions of 'experts'
must be taken as less than credible. If you disagree that it is not
political, why is the spoksman a politician who has no background or
education in any scientific field? Does Gore's Academy Award winning
fauxumentary tell all sides of the issue, or are the opinions which
disagree with his own not included?

Disgree with what? Disagree that the climate is warming or disagree that
man's activities have 1) caused warming 2) accelerated warming 3) or have
added very little or nothing to 'natural' warming? By all means choose
one of the four clauses but try not to disagree that the earth is warming.
When one is in one's seventies one can be quite certain that it is.

No! Carbon dioxide is a myth, just like science. And I even have my
doubts about algebra. I read yesterday where a scientist said algebra
is a religion, and it is taught in the public schools! Global indeed,
I just looked out the window and the earth looks flat to me.
Excuse me I will have to stop thinking for a while, I need to chew
some gum, and cannot multitask.

Perhaps the better question is, do you believe there is a political
solution to global warming?

Dykes? That is un-American! We should build levees,
like the Creoles of New Orleans! Don't worry, be happy.

Fine, if you're so convinced global warming aint happening, why are
temperatures rising?

Just because it's become a political issue, doesn't immediately make
it all fiction.

And algebra led to bad things like calculus.

Politics really means "policies". Is there a policy which can lead
to a reduction of greenhouse emissions to the point that natural
processes will progressively reduce their atmospheric concentrations.
Ans: Yes

Are you willing to trust that politicians will not use the
environment as an issue for political gain? The better question is it
even possible for such policies not to be used for a specific
political advantage?
