Does https://ec.europa.eu/info/live-work-...n-eu-countries clarify or confuse the issue?

It clarifies the issue. PT has clearly decided to accept third country vaccination certificates in accordance with this extract from the url. PT will now accept a valid Vaccination or recovery certificate issued by a third country, under reciprocal conditions.
“When it comes to proving vaccination status for those travelling from outside the EU, EU Member States could accept vaccination certificates from non-EU countries containing the necessary data (identification of the person, type of vaccine and date of vaccination), taking into account the ability to verify the authenticity, validity and integrity of the certificate.
The EU can also decide to automatically recognise certificates issued by other countries. Currently this is the case for 16 countries:………â€

I'm not doubting that Portugal has declared that it will accept "a valid Vaccination or recovery certificate issued by a third country, under reciprocal conditions" (from https://www.visitportugal.com/en/con...ented-portugal) but as far as I'm aware no part of the UK recognises a recovery certificate and currently no part of the UK accepts a vaccine certificate as an exemption to pre-flight testing, not even their own. Where is the reciprocity? Where is the official list of third country certificates recognised by Portugal?

The visit portugal website (link below) refers to third country (UK is third country) certificates where there is a reciprocal arrangement being accepted. This would suggest that the UK certificate could be used, but it depends whether UK has a reciprocal agreement. And of course, the airline. If they want to see you have had test before boarding then you will have to have one. Ryanair refers you to the visit portugal website as the official government web site and this has a link (www.visitportugal.com/en/node/421175) which takes you to the same place as the link below.
I am flying on Sunday and have already paid for a lateral flow test so I will do it as previously required (just in case) and then update here on Monday as to what Ryanair boarding gate people wanted.

....and to clarify my previously expressed support to the original request for a link to, or evidence of, this assertion .......I wish I'd kept quiet now!!.
The Daily Mail, Sun, Mirror, Telegraph, BBC or equivalent rags of the Portuguese variety, Social media or tittle tattle from the man next door, especially when taken out of context or misunderstood, don't count.
A link to an appropriate/applicable regulatory Authority of Portuguese/Schengen border control will suffice!
Others have correctly stated the current rules relating to entry of UK citizens from the UK into mainland Pt with a full NHS vacination certificate.requiring a pre-departure test .... anything else is currently just speculation or just plain wrong!!
Thanks
