Great posts, you say "eerrgghh" instead of yes. You look at nice sharp new axes for chopping fire wood. You spot the new POMS as they are white and pasty (like we were) and just off the boat, had a Kiwi say that to me, "Fresh off the boat mate". You collect fir cones as the are great fire starters. You start looking at boats and that 4x4 to go with it. You do indeed support the All Blacks. I used to watch all the games, wich is funny as i don't bother with football (im from Newcastle).

You stop asking why people hang out their washing with little pink animals (pigs...........pegs) and write with sharp objects (pins...........pens)
Saturday nights is all about having friends around instead of going out 'on the town'
Meals are cooked from scratch and not just bought from the chiller cabinet.
You know the names of the native plants in your garden.
Your work collegues can understand most of your accent without you having to repeat it 3 times!
You say 'cool' numerous times a day and not think anything of it!
Wine becomes your favoured drink.
You stop asking why people hang out their washing with little pink animals (pigs...........pegs) and write with sharp objects (pins...........pens)

Walking round the streets with no shoes on is sooooo liberating! And when people say good morning with a smile and they are being nice, not sizing you up to rob you!
