Ah yes they loved the Victoria plums. Had some other lighter ones that came to fruit earlier. I'll be buggered if I can remember the name of them. I kinda miss the fresh fruit and had a big veggie plot too. Ah but had nice fresh veggies for dinners (deftly sidesteps back on topic )

My chook, lovingly roasted on the Webber 'Q' was accompanied by some avacado and a tomato salad.

Chook and avacado, a VG combination. IMHO of course.

Last night I started on the mighty ham. Bit for me over the next fortnight and the rest in the freezer.

So ham,egg and chips.

Mate ! We were given a mighty ham, the size of which was daunting. I have taken the cleaver to it. Rendered it into two chunks and one piece. The two chunks are now in the freezer. The piece will do me for a few days.
