Ham steaks (yeah I finally gave up looking for gammon. Bacon steaks are ok but expensive). Oven chips, peas and tomato.

& tonight will be chicken and salad again.

Too hot to cook & I need to prepare plates for tomorrows funeral.

I'm doing retro things on sticks type stuff . I think she would have liked that.

Not decided yet. On my ownsome tonight & went gluten-free the backend of last week .

Can't believe how much stuff has gluten in it. Now having to make my own blackbean sauce.

hubby made a lovely omelette with ham, onions, peppers, mushrooms and cheese. followed by 99%fat free yoghurt

It's quite sad but chicken, potatoes or salad and sweetcorn is one of my fave meals - i could have it all the time. Im so boring with my food
