OK dear friends and fellow drinkers, another medicinal round needed. Feeling pretty sorry for myself and hobbling like a good 'un. Went to get some bread and a pork joint out of the freezer before going to bed last night...bread bag got caught on the door, swift tug from me...pork joint slipped from my hand and bingo...landed right on my foot
Much screaming and sobbing finally brought OH and DD to the scene, apparently he was reading and the TV programme had just got to a good bit...oh well, excuse me!!!
Anyhow, a bag of frozen sweetcorn later my foot is a beautiful shade of blue with a deep red 'point of impact'. Ouch, guess I get out of walking the dog today...
and I shall really enjoy cooking that big bit of pig

After a week of mousie playing sill buggers and demanding to be fed in the pan cupboard, we finally caught it in a humane trap. So got in from work at 11.30pm, went out again with the girl & we took it down to the cornfields at the end of the road and the silly bugger ran under the car when she slid it out of the trap.....it was dark and I have no idea if I ran it over or not as I pulled back onto the road...
Will need several lagers to reconcile myself with the fact I may have inadvertently killed it

OK . Just had a difficult day made worse. Just smacked meself in the gob with me own bedpost and now have a very thick lip.

Poorly Hollycat cost shed loads of $$ today at the vet. but he is worth it. Am so relieved he is a wee bit better.

TylerBaBa is booked in for next week. Shed loadsa of dosh again and a big tiger fight to get him to the vet anyway. He has only 4 paws but they turn into whirling windmills at the sight of a cat box.

Husbands teeth thing is ongoing and also costing shed loads. The noise probs are still there. The Dad stuff isnearly finished but I have resigned myself to not ever having a say int he words for m'Dad's plaque or a say in his choice of tree & now there are more family probs when we felt we had finally been given a break from this only last week after 16 months of shite.

Give me a bottle or three .
