Don't come to Queensland then, where we sit rotting in the chairs because its too flippin' hot to move.....life here stops in the summer unless you like going everywhere with sweat dripping off the end off your nose ....give me icicles there instead any day

Evenings, eh? Well, I'm usually home from work by 5.30 pm. A couple of night's a week are spent on my uni course (mainly just reading at home) - Mr GG will occupy himself killing things on the PC (some shoot 'em up game or other). Wednesday nights are pub quiz night (we always do really, really badly as we're not terribly clued up about Aussie rules' greats of the 1970s). Thursday night is when a group of us from BE might hook up for an after work schooner or three. Make a bit more of an effort at weekends and stuff to get out - head to the opera, the cinema, pubs, free concerts - whatever's on, really.
