I heard about this on another board and is apparently a hysterical 52 page phenomena and still going- here's how to play :

Make a wish and the next person corrupts it and then makes their own wish. It continues like that.

here's an Example

Tim: "I wish I could fly"
John: "Granted, but you get hit by a plane in Mid air"
John: "I wish I won the lottery"
Bob: "Granted, but you only won $10"

etc etc etc.

I'll start....


I wish I could turn myself invisible...

Granted, but now your wife has been forced to look at other men.

I wish I could travel around the world.

Granted, but the boat never made port.

Wish I could go back 20 years in time.

Granted , but you never get a birthday cake.

Wish I was hansom and rich...

Granted. You're now Joseph HANSOM. You've also been dead for 127 years.

I wish the Michael Jackson death / murder/ overdose....news would go away forever.

Granted. Now he's still alive.

Granted but now you have an addiction to high heels...
