I had the flu jab last year, first time I ever bothered, but figured it was worth it with the little one and her germ riddled snotty little friends in winter 
I might do if the doc offers it on her 18 month visit but I'm in no rush.
The missus might if she gets the time because anyone suspected of the flu will have to take 6 days off from work...which for most people is more than half their holiday allowance

I've never had a flu shot in my life, had never even considered it. Back in Uk I always thought it was just for old peeps.
Everyone here is looking at me like I'm mad for not getting one (including Mr J). they're $25 at the local hospital

LOL they all thought I was barking when I didn't sign up for the free seasonal flu shot at work.

19 pediatric deaths in the past week, largest 1 week total so far.
20-30% were healthy with no underlying health conditions.
76 pediatrics have died since the outbreak started last spring.

So I was kinda on the fence about get the H1N1 jab however today I recieved a letter home from my daughters school to say they ahve a confirmed case, yah 
I am thinking we will probably be getting the shot now.

Im not getting the swine flu thing, up my nose nor in my behind.
I've had swine flu twice now, once shortly after i arrived in the usa in june, and my kid brother gave it to me as his school closed with 30 cases of it.
