I am getting it, no reason not to. Its made the same way as all the other flu vaccines just uses a different strain.

Considering its already causing problems early in the flu season, who knows what will happen and the peak, and I'd rather not have it. And having alot of school age neices and nephews around, they are like germ magnents.

No I don't think so. There are 15 cases of H1N1 in our local middle school right now.

It goes up the nose, not a shot.

We were just talking about this yesterday. Normally we'd never consider the annual flu shot but are considering the H1N1.
Eager to see what arguments are made for/against here...

Only up the nose if age 2 to 49, otherwise a shot.

I've never had the flu, or the shot. Thinking about getting this one though, as I don't fancy having the flu, and this strain seems to be very contagious.

The H1N1 up the nose one is only about half as effective as the shot so I saw on KOIN6.

I had the normal flu shot Tuesday and am now banned from the pharmacy. It was the loud ouch I let out when the needle went in. Actually didn't feel a thing but the look on the pharmacists face and the faces of the three people waiting behind me were a picture. Teach her to tell me I was the same age as her mother when she was checking my form.

I heard, the usual word of mouth thing, that you have to wait a month from when you had the normal flu shot before getting the H1N1 one. Is that correct, if you are allowed to answer such a question here.

As Mr F would say I appreciate you are a but not my
