When they built the Co-Op at Safa Park and the few villas nearby people then were saying the rents would come down cos no one would want to live there - hardly look how Jumeirah bloomed

Anybody got a link for that so I can get all the gory details? Sounds like another busy year for the rent committee but at least this year they have announced it a little bit earlier.
