Was good to put faces to the names and meet you. Trader Vics is at the hilton, we went there last night instead of 7. Was totally packed out. Would be a good idea if meeting to eat and get a table as the bar was 5 deep last night and we sat outside.

Thanks to all for sharing your thoughts and feelings about work/life in Doha.
It gives a glimpse of whats to come. I fly out in a few weeks time. In UK I'd like to buy you a beer or 2 but it may well be smoothies(cheapo) in Doha. May I invite myself to your get together next month ?

Sorry to have missed what sounded like a good night. Have eventually got my final exit visa from my company in Saudi, finished on the 22nd August, so have been kept here longer than I would have liked especially as the packers came on the 11th August and my golf clubs were put in the container.

Arrive on Thursday evening so count me in for any further meet ups, or if anything is happening this weekend would try and get there
