I have just read an article, that explained the US is more susceptible to the virus due to the high numbers of undocumented people. The numbers of US undocumented are tiny compared to the Middle East. I have not seen any similar predictions about countries here. Have you?

I'm hearing (reliable) reports that two or three compounds in Riyadh (Al Nakhla & Al Bustan) have confirmed coronavirus cases. I'm also hearing some compounds are in compulsory quarantine lock down mode (residents not allowed to leave). Am about to go fill my car with 500+ kg of cheese and crackers.

As long as it doesn't go to pubs or golf courses, I'm fine.

I expect pubs will be next - they are talking about doing that on the UK news. Just saw a photo from EuroCellar and they are selling out fast.

Three compound including Wadi Qortuba have it. The residents are free to move as they wish. Their Employers have made the decision if they should attend work or otherwise.

Closing the Pubs in Riyadh will be a laugh, the police will need to do that quietly. "We would like you to close please, I mean really really close"

Indeedy. Mother's here at the moment, meant to be going to Thailand on Tuesday (Sister joining her direct from UK). Struggling to convince them what a ****ing atrocious idea it all is. So far I'm about 5,000 GBP in a hole if I make them both cancel
