Look, you have had a wonderful summer, continue to enjoy yourself, get to know your friend.
Go home in Sept, stay in touch with each other, and something might develop. I'd wager that four months ago, you barely thought about living in the US (and I've done some research, so yes I do know what I'm talking about, The internet is a wonderful and horrible thing).

Work hard, save up your money, and come back for another visit. Maybe something will come of it.

If you leave on time, you can come back. If you overstay, you can't come back. What if (and yes, this has happened), on Day 102, you two have a huge fight and it's all over between you. Then what?

Which indicates to me, you're in love with the *idea* of it all, not with an individual. I'm sure your feelings are sincere... would you be happy if she moved to the UK with you? That might be a gut-check for you to think on.

Ok so basically, I know its a no go of staying here but to be honest I do love the place. I have just heard off my friend I can get a tourist visa of some sort. So Say I go back home on a return flight for two weeks could I apply for one there and return back here? Sorry guys its just I want to be here and If I can be here for a year which was my original plan (not knowin the waiver programme was shit) could that be possible? And maybe apply for a student visa out here while im on a tourist visa? Again sorry its just I like it here too much

The "tourist visa" is the same as the B-2 visitor visa. Go back and read what has already been said about this.

Can I go home and get a better visa and come back out here thats all Im asking because If so Il get a return flight sort the visa out in england and come back here and start again only that Il be on a better visa then a shitty waiver programme.

Why do you keep saying a 'return flight'? You already have a ticket back to the UK, right?
I don't think you have been paying attention, and you don't have any experience of getting a visa. You don't just 'go get one'; it takes a while to apply.

Please knock it with the language, also. We try to maintain some air of politeness here, even when it's a struggle.

What's the purpose of your return visit? (IE, what visa will you apply for?)
