No. You have to be outside the USA in order to obtain a visa.

No. Go home...you must go home to sort any type of visa out...that's if you are eligble for one.

You've been told time and time again that overstaying may mean you will never be allowed entry into the US ever again. Don't screw your future up...you're too young to do that.

I was about to count how many times you had been told already that you can't apply for any kind of visa while you are in the US on the VWP, but then realized that it's not worth me putting in the effort so I'd like to invite you to do it.

It's seriously disrespectful of people's time to ignore their advice and keep asking the same thing again and again, so on the assumption that you're not a troll then please ask new questions or just go home as you've been told.

You need to find out first if the school you've selected is on the SEVIS list (I think that's the right term). Use the link I gave you before, for the Embassy in London, and read the part about F-1 student visas to find out what you need in order to apply.

Ok guys thanks for everything. I am now giving up putting anything on here, you lot now can have some sort of celebration. You all have to understand you lot are the experts in this criteria hence why I have commented on here. I will not and dont want to do anything illegally. Iv come here, its been a nice journey. Im going to a cosmotoligy school tomorrow to have an interview. They will tell me what to do about the studen visa side of things If I have to go back and come here again I will. I have took in every information but Im sorry for the stupid comments I have had a look back and some of the comments to you guys will look stupid. I have had no guidance about a visa, no guidance on what kind of preceedures there are. Yes to you lot these questions look like a joke but this joke is my life at the moment lol thanks again and sorry. I will keep everyone updated and informed on what I have done and how I have got on. I have a dream and a passion to be here and hopefully It will happen. Its better to be someone for day rather then a lifetime...I just want the day too last my lifetime. ahmen x

a visa is to allow someone to visit the US so you cant apply for one whilst inside the US. You should apply for one in your country of residence.

When you know what visa you want to apply for (see previous links for a list of possibilities) and have completed all the relevant forms, have the photos, have the required evidence to prove whatever the visa is for (ie college offer letter/job offer letter/marriage cert etc), and the money to pay for it - you can ring up the london embassy and ask for an appointment. This can take 6 weeks to get - so its unlikely that you will be back inside 2 weeks.

Be aware that whatever visa you apply for - if you are denied it will be something you have to declare every time you make a visa application or try to use the vwp. It wont necessarily cause an issue but you cant just 'forget' a visa denial - so make sure you totally understand the requirements of any visa you want to apply for or you will be wasting the time and fee money and giving yourslef hassle

And people are happy to help - but only if you actually read what is being written by those who are kind enough to give up a few minutes of their time to help a stranger.

Good idea. The school should know whether or not they accept students on an F1 student visa. You need to be totally honest with them about your visitor status here in the USA. Don't let them just tell you "sure, sign here and show up for class tomorrow". It doesn't work that way.

Be prepared just in case they tell you they are not an institute which accepts F1 students. Have a Plan B ready in case that's the situation. Not all schools/institutions/trade schools accept F1 visa students.

You have received as much guidance about visas and procedures as we laymen can give you. We've given you links to read and ideas to follow. Part of the problem is that you don't seem to easily qualify for many of the paths to immigrate to the USA, so we can't really be specific about any given visa type or procedure. If you really want someone to personally spell things out for you in detail, you need to have a consultation with an immigration attorney.

Here are some more links. You may want to look into other Exchange Visitor programs. Expect to put some time/effort into learning about this. None of us learned it inside of a week. :0

Did you check to see if they are on the approved list? If they are not, you won't be getting a visa to attend it. I'm going to guess that it is unlikely that it is.

You need around 15,000 quid up front for a year's course. Have you got this sort of money?

Plus about that in cash/assets or access to those kind of sums via parents, credit cards or other student loans etc for living costs on top to get the F1 student visa.
