I was on the front page of my local newspaper with my wife, we were both naked, but with a poster covering our bits. The photographer wanteed to take the photo while we were still partly clothed in underwear, but it would have showed we weren't naked, so we just stripped off for him. Apparently he was a bit shocked according to a friend who worked on the same paper.

Breakfast Television, I was playing bass in a James Brown tribute band playing Sex Machine at 7 in the morning. Co-ordinating suits and dance moves the whole nine yards.

Does anybody have a claim to fame, or a 15 minutes of fame etc.
I'll start this off with a VERY tenuous claim that many many years ago I was actually a contestant on Supermarket sweep with Dale Winton
(and no we didn't win but got a free night in a hotel in Nottingham)
In my only defence - I had never seen the show and my wife's friend was visiting and asked her to go on it with her - she obviously declined and me having drunk a few too many at the time said I'd do it...
For obvious reasons I've actually not told many people this so if we make the next Toronto meet up I'll expect a tirade of abuse in addition to any on here.

I have one of their albums, as a teenager I thought it was hilarious to play their album at full volume. My parents banned me from playing, you never struck me as being someone who would know who they were!

Not that I know who ANL are, but after looking them up, I would never guess that someone going by Clematis (in picture and name) would be a fan !
