Not for me it doesn't

Mine that I just did still works for me, but the one I put up yesterday doesn't.

I can only assume that the search IDs are linked to our own accounts.
Go to the Canada parent page, look for Siouxie's sticky "Read Me" post > click on her name > Statistics > Find all posts by Siouxie

Your new one doesn't work for me so maybe those links are unsharable, and they only work for the user who created them?

I just did a forum search on her name to generate mine.

Nope, it's a moving target, not "fixed".

Best way to search for her posts is to pull up her profile, move right to the "Statistics" tab, scroll down on that to "Find all posts by Siouxie", clicking on that link should produce the desired results.
