Taking the Beech down to Dayton, OH with three pals for the annual ham radio weekend extravaganza. Been doing it for 36 years ! Leave Thursday back on Monday. Have a great weekend everyone whatever you do.

In between the inevitable bouts of gardening, I will be undertaking extensive physiotherapeutic rehabilitation of my left leg in the form of operating the clutch pedal of the Morgan while enjoying the sunshine
Oh, and collecting my little sister from the airport; she is running away from home for a week to come and visit

A rather mixed bag here.
Ours will not be relaxing. My stepson has just moved to Chicoutimi and is in his first apartment. It is a bloody long way from Gatineau to the Saguenay, particularly just for a weekend. I have also been instructed to bring various of my tools, which is a bit ominous.

I'm sure it is, not that I'll be getting much opportunity to see the pretty. Not this weekend, anyway. I have a more than sneaking suspicion as to where my summer vacation is going to be. Then I will get to see the delights. It's all part of Souvette's cunning (but pathetically transparent) plan to get me to fall in love with the place. She is in cahoots with the boy.
