It's not a swap. Ba was on a free and Nolan cost the Hammers £4M, not that I'm happy to see Nolan leave.

I think so. I don't know too much about Ba, but he looks pretty sharp on some youtube footage.

he has a long term knee problem which could finish his career in the next game or maybe 100 games time..but he does have a degenrative knee problem.

There seems to be a trend going on at the Toon (or should I say, la Ville?).

Joining the existing Frog on the Tyne, Hatem Ben Arfa, we now have Ba (Senegalese, but born in Paris), Yohan Cabaye and Sylvain Marveaux with Charles N'Zogbia still in the sights.

Neuchatel Uni?
