Lager is a bit gassy and blows you out so I can't do more than about 12-15 of the big cans of an evening before I have to go on the tequilas.

Turkey stew and ham and pineapple pizza, this traditional Easter meal commemorates the day when Jesus ate leftovers.

Lager

All those grasping, sycophantic and clattering classes, they can shove their real ale and micro brews up their well-navigated and traveled arses.

I have a leg of lamb roasting in the oven and will do the traditional bits and pieces to go with it.

The fact that it's Australian lamb has nothing to do with me being an Aussie, it's just what Morrisons had  Now that I think about it, I've only ever seen Australian or New Zealand lamb here. Why's that, does anyone know? What happens to all those little British lambs I see gamboling on the hillsides?

Officially sick of turkey, my St Hubert Tourtiere comes out of the oven in half an hour.

Micro brews in Canada are generally crap! The exception is Vancouver Island that have some good ones.

I was there a few weeks ago and yes, they had some decent ones. They had one called Fat Truck or Tug or something but it was pretty decent and at 7% you only needed about 11 or 12 pints to get your buzz on.

I'm going to have some wings as an appetizer then roast pork and cheesy scalloped potatoes and peas.

I think I'll cook up some ratatouille for dinner tonight. Might even use the Instant Pot to cook it in
