Steak, chips and mushy peas, (a work in progress). I think I may miss the old eco-criminal Jingsamichy (sp), is that pathetic?

Speaking of works in progress, I tried making homemade poutine a couple of days ago. Chips, cheap mozzarella and Bisto - turned out great!
